Correct identity of Saints

Correct identity of Saints

1 Corinthians 7: 18-24 *

Beloved believers!
Today 's theme is the message that God calls us to make our children child. The text is a statement of the question of the question of the status given to Jews as Christians and as Gentiles converted to Christians. It is a word that teaches the right attitude toward the change of status that happened to him when a non-Christian is called as Christian 굥 ㄴ. It also explains the nature of our call to us. When the Lord called us to the way of salvation, we are the words that we have to boldly throw away our worldly status and realize that we have to make a whole new difference or embrace a new change in Christianity I will. Today's title is "the correct identity of the saints." I bless you in this one hour for me and you to be gracious with great enlightenment.

The Apostle Paul says that at this time there were some Jews who were circumcised in the Corinthian church, a lot of uncircumcised gentiles came in, a free man got the gospel into the church, and the servants received the gospel and came to church many times.

So many other people became believers and became church members. At this time, it seems that there was probably something awkward in each other. In order to make this matter clear, Paul taught that all Christians are called by God to believe in Jesus and are saved, so that there is no difference in their status.

1. Whether they were circumcised or not (18-19)

That is, they are the same in the Jews, those who were circumcised, the Gentiles, and those who did not receive circumcision.

Circumcision began from the days of Abraham, who circumcised Abraham as a sign of God's promise.

The Jewish man was a man eight days after his departure, and he who received money from the Gentiles, or who was converted, was also circumcised. However, those who have been circumcised have lived in pride with their sense of superiority, while the uncircumcised Gentiles tend to have become obsessed, which has influenced them. But now, those who have been called by God in Christ have not been superior to being circumcised, nor are they being circumcised.

2. Whether it is paper or free is the same in Christ (20-24)

At that time, the government of Greece and the government of Rome had many species because they had set up the system of the species. The servants are called to be slaves, to be called Christians, to be called free, and to become Christians, who are free from discrimination because they are paid for by the blood of Christ's crucifixion and freed of their souls from sin .

The seed of the flesh has become a free spirit in Christ, and freely as well as spiritual freedoms, as well as a servant of Christ. The servant of the flesh is also a servant of Christ to serve God and to please God; who is the servant of Christ, who also must serve God and glorify God? Of course, when a servant of the flesh is given to others, there may be discomfort in the flesh, but when he has a sense of occupation that he is only to serve man for the glory of God, it is worthy of his life. He is worthy of his life when he uses his liberty rightly.

That is why there is no discrimination for those who come into Christ. Even today, no matter how profession is, the purpose of the life is the same as the purpose of keeping a job is to glorify and keep God. People at the T.V factory often walked a few tenths a day with a piece of junk that housed one million pieces of equipment and the housewives could not count. But when you live for those things that glorify God, that life is worthy and worthy.

No matter what man or woman does, there is no distinction in front of God if he glorifies God. It is the same in circumcision, in uncircumcision, in servants, in liberty, in man, in bodily form, in nobility, in people, in wealth, in poverty, in knowledge, in ignorance, or in ignorance.

Here Christianity shows three precious truths (lessons) to mankind.

1) All humans show a lesson that there is no discrimination in Christ.

Outside of Christ, each person has a status, a profession, and a class, but everyone who comes in Christ is the same as Christ's servant, humanly non-discriminatory, all the same brother, sister, It is. Communists say they are trying to break the class and create a society without a class, but they are united as a mere co-worker, but they call it the Dong Il in Kim Il Sung's family. There are pastors, elders, and deacons, of course, when they come into the church, but they have distinguished themselves as ministers of service. There is no discrimination in human terms or in serving the Lord.

I respect everybody when I deal with a pastor, elder, or any member of the church. I do not give a damn. The church is the same brother. Those who have a higher social status are the same when they come to church. Today, in front of the law of democratic nation, it comes from the Christianity called equality of all peoples. Christianity has presented this spirit of egalitarianism to mankind.

2) Christianity has contributed greatly to raising human value as a noble human being.

① Human beings have increased their value by resembling God's image

② Increased the value of human beings by claiming that human life is worthy of the world

③ The human value has been raised because the old man is renewed.

④ In addition to that, we raised human values by raising the quality of spirit, personality and life.

For example, if a person with a slave status is present in front of Christ, he is treated equally as a free person, and if a person is abandoned in society, or a poor person or an ignorant person comes to church, he is called a brother, sister, teacher, I am doing everything. Therefore, Christianity makes people noble.

3) Christianity shows human nature.

19, "Only keep the commandments of God"

V. 23, "Ye are bought for the price, and do not become servants of men"

24, "Stay with God"

This word has a common meaning that it is centered on God and lives for the glory of God.

It teaches that human dignity is not human centered, but human dignity. Today atheistic humanists cry out for human beings for human beings, and they can not control the action or desire of the instinct that comes from the human being, so they will be freed from voluntary sin and other eventually from humanitarianism to beastism. Only human beings are firstly God-centered, presupposing the glory of God, and man's righteousness is done rightly in keeping God's commandments. The commandments of God are all manifestations of human nature.

The first part is the commandment to love God alone, to live according to God's Word, not to worship idols, but to increase the name of God, to keep the Sabbath day well and worship God.

The following are human truisms toward humans.

① honor parents

② I love my neighbor like my body

③ Do not hurt your brothers any more.

④ Murder, adultery, thief, false evidence, do not covet

Beloved believers!

In this way, Christianity basically taught us what human beings are. When you observe this lesson well, individuals, nations, and the whole world will receive God's blessings and live beautifully. We will live in Christ according to the teachings of this truth. In God's kingdom, everyone is a saint. The saints are people of heaven, the kingdom of heaven. That is why we must do what God has called us and live for God who called us. Because now that we are Christ's, we must be together and live with Him. As we say today, our Saints bless you in the name of the Lord to be the righteous children of God who are loyal to God in the place where they are called.
